JOB CREATION MENTORING PLAN
The Job Creation Mentoring prepares members to be inducted as a Qcircle Certified Consultant, Professional or Mentor.
On completion of the program, members can apply for a Qcircle Certification Award (open). Members can subscribe to an Affiliation Plan and be distinguished for service as a Certified Qcircle Consultant, Professional or Mentor.

Qcircle Certified Consultants, Professionals and Mentors are trained to promote Qcircle and are specially empowered with a new world mind and skill set to guide fellow members in their growth endeavours.
PRIVILEGES
All Qcircle Certified Members on subscription of an Affiliation Plan have the privilege to be part of the distinguished team to promote and advise on an allocate range of products and services offer by Qcircle.

LITE 1 – START UP ORGANISATION READINESS
- Participation at BPII and Qcircle with Affiliation Privileges and Program Plan for financial returns.
- Eligible to advance to be a Registry Member with choice of specialisation for wider business opportunities.
- Holder of Competency Award (any category) and
- Completion of Qcircle Induction Program. Successful Professional Certification Assessent and Internship.
- Certification Award and Job title : Qcircle Certified Consultant
LITE 2 – INTEGRATION GATEWAY. MARKET READINESS
- Participation at BPII and Qcircle with Affiliation Privileges and Program Plan for financial returns.
- Eligible to advance to be a Registry Member with choice of specialisation for wider business opportunities.
- Holder of Competency Award (any category) and
- Completion of a Qcircle Inducation Program. Successful Professional Certification Assessent and Internship.
- Certification Award and Job title : Qcircle Certified Professional
LITE 3 : BRAND AFFILIATION – RESSOURCE READINESS
- Participation at BPII and Qcircle with Affiliation Privileges and Program Plan for financial returns.

- Completion of a Qcircle Induction Program. Successful Professional Certification Assessent and Internship.

Program Features
The Program provides a fast track transformation of suitably qualified members to be certified for service with Qcircle.
DURATION
- Session 1 : Seminar and Forum. (3 + 3 hours)
- Session 2 : Mentorship Dialogue and Consultation (3 hours)
- Session 3 : Self Contracted Action Plan ( Project proposal submission.
Follow -up real project development for implementation.)

Mentoring Schedule as mutually agreed between mentor and mentee.

- On completion, all participants are provided with a complimentary upgrade to Certified Professional Grade for the year.

Session 1: Introductory
EDUCATION PLUS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Exploring the privileges of be Qcircle Certified.
An introduction day seminar provided by a country host wherever it is practical. It may be delivered online by a fellow Certified Professional /Mentor.
Session 2 : Consultation
PREPARATION OF ACTION PLAN
Mentees work out an action plan with the Mentor for completion.
Session 3 : Self contracted Action
PROGRESSION PROCESSES
Submission of Project Proposal.
Follow up schedule as mutually agreed. Mentees dialogue with Mentors for guidance.
Completion within 3 months..
